Terms of Use
What you agree to when you create an account or use Telecine. It's a free hobby project, and these terms say so plainly.

1.Acceptance
By creating an account or using Telecine (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2.The service
Telecine is a free, non-commercial app for tracking, rating and reviewing TV shows. There is no paid tier, no subscription and no purchase. The App is provided as a hobby project without any service commitment: features may change, break or be discontinued at any time without notice.
3.Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings.
4.Your content
Reviews, ratings, lists and other content you create remain yours. By posting, you grant the App the non-exclusive right to store and display this content to you and other users as part of the service. You must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise abusive; such content and the associated account may be removed without notice.
5.Third-party content
Show metadata and artwork are supplied by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness or availability of third-party content.
6.No warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of this free App is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, data loss or lost profits arising from the use or unavailability of the App. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
8.Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.
9.Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version always applies and is available in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10.Final provisions
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays in effect. The law of the operator's country of residence applies to the extent permissible.
